HYPE-5™ transfection kit is dedicated to achieve high yield protein expression in mammalian cells. The kit has been designed for maximum recombinant protein expression in HEK293 and CHO cells grown in suspension. It is composed of the HYPE-5™ transfection reagent (a lipofection reagent) and HYPE-5™ Blast reagent (improves protein production in CHO cells). The HYPE-5™ transfection kit is ideal for bioreactor, spinner or flasks.
