Native potato acid phosphatase. Ideal for the removal of phosphate groups from phosphoproteins, such as β-casein, ovalbumin and pepsinogen.

One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will hydrolyse 1 µmol of pNPP/min at 25 °C, pH 5,6.
