Comparative genomic hybridisation (aCGH) is a powerful diagnostic tool for detecting DNA copy number gains and losses associated with chromosome abnormalities. aCGH provides an understanding of genetic disorders, cancers and other genomic aberrations.
: Kits contain primers/reaction buffer, 1×400 µl or 1×4 ml; cyanine 3-dUTP nucleotide mix, 2×50 µl or 1×1 ml; cyanine 5-dUTP nucleotide mix, 2×50 µl or 1×1 ml; klenow exo-DNA polymerase, 1×20 µl or 1×200 µl; stop buffer, 1×100 µl or 1×1 ml; and nuclease-free water, 1×1 ml or 1×10 ml.
