CarboxyLink™ immobilisation kit is for covalent immobilisation of peptides or other carboxyl-containing (—COOH) molecules to a porous, beaded resin for use in affinity purification procedures.
- Ideal for unmodified peptides, immobilises peptides with high capacity and various orientations without steric hindrance
- DADPA-activated crosslinked 4% beaded agarose acting as a CarboxyLink™ coupling resin
- With stable linkage, flexible and gentle coupling conditions
