The Microbact™ Gram-negative system is to be used for the identification of aerobic and facultatively anaerobic Gram-negative bacteria (Enterobacteriaceae and miscellaneous Gram- negative bacteria). Organism identification is based on pH change and substrate utilisations as established by published reference methodologies.
