These are compact, all-metal filters that fit in place of standard ¹/₄", ³/₈" and ¹/₂" VCR® gaskets in gas distribution systems. They protect sensitive gas components, such as mass flow controllers, regulators and valves from particle damage in applications up to 400 °C.

Filter and gasket: Sintered 316L stainless steel filter media welded to 316L stainless gasket; retainer: 316L stainless steel.

Particle retention: >95% removal of all particles larger than 0,3 µm Ø.

Max. operating temperature: 400 °C.
