Ovens

From simple drying to hybridization, automatic or manual ovens reach and maintain desired temperatures. Adjustable dials or the latest touch screens offer minimum heat up time to precise levels and may feature multiple settings. The glass door and strong overall construction are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and eliminate heat loss. Convection ovens offered have various quantities and positioning options for shelves to flexibly hold plate or tube samples. Included alarms guarantee tests remain controlled.

APT.line™ pre-heating chamber technology gives homegeneous temperature distribution and excellent temperature uniformity and fluctuation. Units up to 115 litres can be stacked on top of each other to save space. These units have 60 mm insulation which lowers energy consumption and increases performance. The TS9000 series consists of four different models with capacities from 26 to 430 litres. The interior housing and shelves are made of stainless steel. The exterior is constructed of electrolytically galvanised steel sheets, coated with a grey epoxy polyester paint (RAL 7035). The three smallest units are bench top models that are stackable. They can be wall mounted using brackets. The largest model is freestanding and has adjustable feet. Units have a choice of two timer systems: the default standard timer which can be set to maximum 99 hours and 59 minutes, or a real time programme which makes it possible to operate the chamber at two different temperatures daily or weekly. Ovens have an automatic safety thermostat which increases safety and is simple to operate.
