FOCUS™ FASTsilver™ produces crystal clear backgrounds and maximal peptide recovery needed for critical analysis by mass spectrometry. Differentiation solution comprises acidified ethanol or isopropanol that is used to decolourise hematoxylin stain. The duration of exposure to the solution determines the degree of decolourisation. Zinc formalin fixative is a non-precipitating fixative. This fixative is compatible with histochemical, immunochemical and special stains.
