HTS Microplates
HTS microplates facilitate numerous tests conducted simultaneously for faster identification. While some styles are ideal for assay testing, other compound models are primarily used for simple sample storage. The gridded wells may have flat, conical, or round shaped bottoms. Purchase the high throughput screening microplates in non-sterile, pre-sterile, or sterile based on specific testing preference. The various colored surfaces may or may not be treated for medium and high binding.

Ideal for high throughput screening, these 384-well microplates allow miniaturisation of assays and many other applications, including high volume DNA library manipulation and solid phase binding assays. Available with a choice of clear microplates for colorimetric applications, white plates for luminometric/fluorometric applications, and black microplates for fluorometric applications. There are two different designs, both of which incorporate flat bottom wells and a standard microplate footprint. The first type has a square well shape with rounded corners for an increased well volume. It has the standard microplate height and a total well volume of 120 µl. The second type has round wells and a low profile, with a total well volume of 70 µl.

The Zeba™ spin desalting plates are polypropylene devices containing high-performance Zeba™ desalting resin, offering rapid protein desalting with high recovery of proteins >7000 daltons. Zeba™ desalting devices provide trouble-free desalting and buffer exchange for sample volumes ranging from 2 µl to 4 ml. The 96-well spin plate format enables more high-throughput processing.
