Detectable sampling scoops, Sterileware®, Sense-able Scoops®, SP Bel-Art

PS, blue. These scoops are made of plastic impregnated with stainless steel powder which permits fragments as small as 1,6 mm³ to be detected with standard metal detection and X-ray equipment.

• Stainless steel powder homogeneously incorporated into scoops from top to bottom
• FDA grade materials safe for food, drug and cosmetic contact
• Long handle increases the distance between the hand and sample to reduce contamination and exposure potential (60 ml and 125 ml models)
• Flat bottom allows scoops to remain upright for use as weighing boats or to rest on a flat surface without spilling
• Sterilised by gamma irradiation, lot stamped for accurate lot tracing, and shipped with a Certificate of Processing for Sterilisation

The blue colouring conforms to industry recognised standards for metal detectable materials and provides a contrasting colour to most sampled products.
