dsDNA System, QuantiFluor®

The QuantiFluor® dsDNA System contains a fluorescent DNA-binding dye that enables sensitive quantitation of small amounts of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in solution. The system is suitable for use in many molecular biology applications, including next-gen sequencing and other techniques where accurate DNA quantitation is important.

• More sensitive than other methods for low-concentration samples

QuantiFluor® dsDNA dye shows minimal binding to single stranded DNA (ssDNA), RNA, protein and interfering compounds, allowing specific quantitation of dsDNA.

 : Kit includes QuantiFluor® dsDNA dye (1×1 ml), Lambda DNA standard (1×100 µg) and 20X TE buffer, pH 7,5 (1×25 ml).
