STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte plating kit

A specialised media kit for improving plating efficiency post-thawing and post-harvesting of human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes.

Double the yield of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes following dissociation, thawing, and replating by using the STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Kit. Consisting of the STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Supplement and STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium, this kit improves plating efficiency and minimises the loss of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. This kit is designed for hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes generated using STEMdiff™ Ventricular Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit or STEMdiff™ Atrial Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit. By doubling your cardiomyocyte plating efficiency, the STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Kit increases experimental throughput.
