Repel-Silane ES is a 2% solution of dimethyldichlorosilane dissolved in octamethylcyclooctasilane.

  • Used in IEF, PAGE and Sequencing
  • Soluble in cold water and hot water

It is used to inhibit sticking of polyacrylamide gels, agarose gels, and nucleic acids to glass surfaces.
