The MULTI-CORE™ buffer pack contains convenient aliquots of the universal restriction enzyme 10X buffer. It is formulated to provide simple buffering conditions for performing multiple digestions.
- Enables digestion of DNA with more than one enzyme in a single reaction
- Only modest adjustments in the amount of enzyme used will ensure complete multiple digestions
- Storage conditions: −30 to −10 °C
1X MULTI-CORE™ buffer concentrated solution of 25 mM Tris-acetate (pH 7,5), 100 mM potassium acetate, 100 mM magnesium acetate, 1 mM DTT.
Delivery information: Pack includes 3×1 ml MULTI-CORE™ 10X buffer, 10 mg/ml acetylated BSA.
