About this item

The Xbal restriction enzyme is capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less. It recognises T^˅CTAG A and A GATC_˄T. Genome qualified to ensure optimal performance in genomic analysis applications.

Storage Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7,4), 300 mM NaCl, 0,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0,5 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol.

Delivery: The kit includes 1×1ml buffer D 10X buffer, 1×150 µl bovine serum albumin, acetylated with concentration of 10 mg/ml, 1×2,000 units XbaI and 1×0,25ml MULTI-CORE™ 10X buffer.
