These restriction enzymes are capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less. Recognises C TGCA^˅G and G_˄ACGT C.

With incubation at 37 °C in buffer H

Storage Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7,3), 300 mM NaCl, 0,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0,15% Triton® X-100, 0,5 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol.

Delivery: The kit includes 1×1 ml buffer H 10X buffer, 1×150 µl bovine serum albumin, acetylated with concentration of 10 mg/ml, 1×3,000 units PstI and 1×0,25 ml MULTI-CORE™ 10X buffer.
