TnT® Coupled Reticulocyte Lysate System offers researchers an alternative for eukaryotic cell-free protein expression. It greatly simplifies the process and reduces the time required to obtain in vitro translation results.

Delivery: TnT® Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate is supplied in 200 µl aliquots. Each system contains sufficient reagents to perform

60 µl TnT® T3, T7 or SP6 RNA Polymerase (2×30 µl in dual systems)
