Quick Coupled Transcription/Translation System is available in two configurations for the expression of genes cloned downstream from either the T7 or SP6 RNA polymerase promoters and can be used for protein:protein and protein:nucleic acid interactions, protein modification and more.
Delivery: Includes methionine, TnT® PCR enhancer, luciferase control DNA, luciferase assay reagent, TnT® Quick master mix and nuclease-free water.
