The TnT® T7 Quick for PCR is a simple, single-tube coupled transcription/translation system designed for optimum protein expression directly from PCR templates.

• Up to five times more protein than standard translation reactions with linear templates

The PCR-generated DNA can be used directly from the amplification reaction or purified by numerous commercially available kits and traditional methods. For most PCR templates, the reactions produce up to 5 times more protein than other commercially available kits.
