CYP1A1 assay systems, P450-Glo™

The P450-Glo CYP1B1 assays provide a homogeneous, luminescent method for measuring cytochrome CYP1B1 activity. These assays can be used to selectively measure CYP1A1 activity in hepatocytes where cross-reacting CYP1B1 and CYP3A7 are absent.
