The Maxwell® 16 Cell Low Elution Volume (LEV) DNA Purification Kit automatically extracts genomic DNA from sample types inherently low in cell number, such as amniotic fluid, cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) and cell culture supernatants. Purified genomic DNA can be easily obtained with samples containing less than 10000 cells. Used in combination with the Maxwell® 16 instrument.
