The Wizard® SV 96 plasmid DNA purification systems provide a simple and reliable method for the rapid isolation of plasmid DNA using a silica membrane, 96-well, high throughput format. A single plate can be processed in 60 minutes or less. The purified plasmid can be used directly for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing as well as for other standard molecular biology techniques, including restriction enzyme digestion.
