Understanding the Advantages of Next Generation Cloning and Impacts of CRISPR Screening
Next generation cloning uses an advanced enzyme blend to increase the efficiency of the cloning process. By increasing the efficiency of cloning, there are fewer issues with empty or incorrect constructs and a higher success rate. In addition with this advanced approach, you can define and optimize your cloning process one time and then apply it across any multitude of desired constructs. This is especially valuable when generating pooled CRISPR libraries for screening.
In this webinar, we will introduce the SureVector cloning system, highlight the advantages of this method and discuss the application to pooled CRISPR screening libraries.
