Anti-DPF3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-DPF3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

DPF3 is a muscle-specific component of the BAF complex, a multiprotein complex involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA-nucleosome topology). DPF3 specifically binds acetylated lysines on histone 3 and 4 (H3K14ac, H3K9ac, H4K5ac, H4K8ac, H4K12ac, H4K16ac). In the complex, it acts as a tissue-specific anchor between histone acetylations and methylations and chromatin remodeling. It thereby probably plays an essential role in heart and skeletal muscle development.

Anti-ZNF384 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ZNF384 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

This gene contains long CAG trinucleotide repeats coding consecutive glutamine residues. The gene product may functions as a transcription factor, with a potential role in the regulation of neurodevelopment or neuroplasticity. The protein appears to bind and regulate the promoters of MMP1, MMP3, MMP7 and COL1A1. Studies in mouse suggest that nuclear matrix transcription factors (NP/NMP4) may be part of a general mechanical pathway that couples cell construction and function during extracellular matrix remodeling. Multiple transcript variants encoding several isoforms have been found for this gene.

Anti-TET1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-TET1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

TET1, a member of the ten-eleven-translocation (TET) family of genes, was initially discovered as a fusion partner of MLL in acute myeloid leukemias containing the t(10;11)(q22;q23) (1). It is a methylcytosine dioxygenase that catalyzes the conversion of methylcytosine to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (2). TET1 expression is regulated during inflammation in both THP-1 and primary dendritic cells, and is a negative transcriptional regulator of IL-1beta following and inflammatory stimulus (3). Recent evidence has shown that TET1 is part of a signaling pathway that regulates breast cancer growth and metastasis (4).

Anti-ZFPM1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ZFPM1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

ZFPM1 is a transcription regulator that plays an essential role in erythroid and megakaryocytic cell differentiation. ZFPM1 is an essential cofactor that acts via the formation of a heterodimer with transcription factors of the GATA family GATA1, GATA2 and GATA3. Such heterodimer can both activate or repress transcriptional activity, depending on the cell and promoter context. The heterodimer formed with GATA proteins is essential to activate expression of genes such as NFE2, ITGA2B, alpha- and beta-globin, while it represses expression of KLF1. ZFPM1 may be involved in regulation of some genes in gonads. ZFPM1 may also be involved in cardiac development, in a non-redundant way with ZFPM2/FOG2.

Anti-CTCFL Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Testis-specific DNA binding protein responsible for insulator function, nuclear architecture and transcriptional control, which probably acts by recruiting epigenetic chromatin modifiers. Plays a key role in gene imprinting in male germline, by participating in the establishment of differential methylation at the IGF2/H19 imprinted control region (ICR). Directly binds the unmethylated H19 ICR and recruits the PRMT7 methyltransferase, leading to methylate histone H4 'Arg-3' to form H4R3sme2. This probably leads to recruit de novo DNA methyltransferases at these sites (By similarity). Seems to act as tumor suppressor. In association with DNMT1 and DNMT3B, involved in activation of BAG1 gene expression by binding to its promoter. Required for dimethylation of H3 lysine 4 (H3K4me2) of MYC and BRCA1 promoters.

Anti-ZBED1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ZBED1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

ZBED1 Antibody: ZBED1, also known as DREF, is the human homolog of the Drosophila protein DREF, a transcriptional regulatory factor required for expression of genes involved in DNA replication and cell proliferation. RNA interference (RNAi) experiments targeting ZBED1 RNA resulted in the inhibition of S phase entry and reduction of histone H1 mRNA in HeLa cells, suggesting that ZBED1 also plays a role in cell proliferation in human cells. At least 22 ribosomal proteins (RPs) possess ZBED1 binding sites in their promoters; anti-ZBED1 RNAi also resulted in decreased RP gene expression. Immunoprecipitation analyses have shown that ZBED1 self-associates in vivo via a carboxyl-terminal hATC domain, and this self-association is required for nuclear localization and DNA binding.

Anti-ZNF131 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

YKL-39 is a 390 amino acid cartilage protein that belongs to the chitinase family of chitin-fragmenting hydrolases. Highly expressed in chondrocytes (cartilage cells) and synoviocytes (fibroblastic cells that line joint cavities), YKL-39 binds glycan structures with high affinity. Although related to bacterial chitinases, YKL-39 lacks the characteristic glutamate active site and, thus, does not have enzymatic chitinase activity. Patients affected with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) have autoimmunity against YKL-39, suggesting that YKL-39 is involved in osteoarthritic and/or rheumatoid joint disease. Additionally, YKL-39 is upregulated in early degenerative cartilage diseases (such as RA) and may be a marker of chondrocyte activation in these autoimmune conditions.

Anti-ZCRB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ZCRB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

ZCRB1 Antibody: ZCRB1 is a nuclear protein first identified in a differential display screen involving morphine-dependence-related genes. Its expression is increased following morphine treatment and has been observed to be elevated in HepG2 cells. ZCRB1 contains a CCHC-type zing finger RNA-binding motif and can interact with the DBA-binding domain of the stem cell regulator C/EBP transcription factors. ZCRB1 was identified as one of the protein components of U11/U12 snRNPs, which are components of U12-type spliceosome and function as a molecular bridge connecting both ends of the intron, suggesting ZCRB1 may play a key role in U12-type splicing.

TRIM5-alpha is a protein that is found in the cells of many mammals and fends of various retrovirus infections. It protects monkeys from infection with HIV-1, and humans from infection with some other viruses. If a retrovirus has entered a cell, it needs to shed its capsid in order to reversely transcribe its genes, so that they can be expressed by the host cell. It is believed that TRIM5beta, which is present in the cytoplasm, somehow recognizes the capsid and blocks its shedding, thereby stopping the virus in its tracks. It thus represents an intracellular defense completely separate from the rest of the body's immune system.

Anti-ZMIZ1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

ZIMP10, also known as ZMIZ1, is a novel PIAS (protein inhibitor of activated signal transducer and activator of transcription)-like protein initially identified as a transcriptional co-activator of the androgen receptor (AR). ZIMP10 and the related protein ZIMP7 interact with PIAS3 and enhances AR-mediated transcription. Later experiments showed that ZIMP10 is also a co-activator of the p53 tumor suppressor. Mice deficient in ZIMP10 result in embryonic lethality by E10.5; these embryos reveal severe defects in the reorganization of the yolk sac vascular plexus, indicating that ZIMP10 plays an important role in proper vascular development.

Anti-ZMIZ2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

ZIMP7, also known as ZMIZ2, is a novel PIAS (protein inhibitor of activated signal transducer and activator of transcription)-like protein and a transcriptional coactivator. ZIMP7 is expressed most abundantly in testis. The C-terminal proline-rich domain possesses a significant intrinsic transcriptional activity and this activity is inhibited by the N-terminus in the full-length ZIMP7. ZIMP7 and the related protein ZIMP10 interact with PIAS3 and enhances Androgen Receptor (AR)- mediated transcription. The interaction between ZIMP7 and SWI/SNF complex suggests a possible role for ZIMP7 in chromatin modification.
