Anti-SIGLEC12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectins (SIGLECs) are a family of cell surface proteins belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. They mediate protein-carbohydrate interactions by selectively binding to different sialic acid moieties present on glycolipids and glycoproteins. SIGLEC12 is a member of the SIGLEC3-like subfamily of SIGLECs. SIGLEC12, upon tyrosine phosphorylation, has been shown to recruit the Src homology 2 domain-containing protein-tyrosine phosphatases SHP1 and SHP2. It has been suggested that the protein is involved in the negative regulation of macrophage signaling by functioning as an inhibitory receptor.Western blots using four different antibodies against four unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.Sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectins (SIGLECs) are a family of cell surface proteins belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. This gene encodes a member of the SIGLEC3-like subfamily of SIGLECs. Members of this subfamily are characterized by an extracellular V-set immunoglobulin-like domain followed by two C2-set immunoglobulin-like domains, and the cytoplasmic tyrosine-based motifs ITIM and SLAM-like. Chicken OVA (323-339)
Supplier: Anaspec Inc
This peptide is amino acids 323 to 339 amidated fragment of ovalbumin (OVA), the H-2b-restricted OVA class II epitope. This peptide is recognized by many T cells because it contains multiple T cell epitopes. This OVA fragment contains a nested set of CD4+ T cell epitopes. OVA 323 to 339 can be presented by I-Ad in at least three binding registers. The residues 327 to 333 are critical for peptide binding to I-Ad.

Leupeptin, Hemisulfate, MP Biomedicals
Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Leupeptin is a modified tripeptide reversible protease inhibitor of trypsin-like proteases and some cysteine proteases including endoproteinase Lys-C, kallikrein, papain, thrombin, cathepsin B, cathepsins H and L, trypsin, calpain, trypsin8 and plasmin. Effective concentration is typically 10-100 uM. Little to no inhibition is seen against pepsin, cathepsins A and D and alpha-chymotrypsin. When adjusted for molarity, all three salt forms are equally effective; however, the hydrochloride salt is usually less invasive in biological settings.

When adjusted for molarity, all three salt forms are equally effective; however, the hydrochloride salt is usually less invasive in biological settings. Leupeptin, because of its aldehyde group, may act as a reducing agent and therefore interfere in protein determinations such as Lowry and, to a lesser extent, Bradford.

AMG-51 ≥95%
Supplier: Adipogen
c-Met kinase is the receptor for hepatocyte growth factor (HGFR). Primarily expressed on epithelial and mesenchymal cells its normal function is associated with wound healing, liver regeneration and embryo development. However, dysregulation of c-Met through overexpression, gene amplification, mutation or a ligand-dependent autocrine/paracrine loop is associated with tumorigenesis. c-Met dysregulation in human cancer patients is typically associated with a poor prognosis, aggressive disease, increased metastasis and shortened patient survival. Targeting the hepatocyte growth factor/c-Met signalling pathway as a means of cancer therapy has, therefore, become increasingly popular with a number of different therapeutic approaches undergoing clinical trials. AMG-51 represents a modified novel pyrimidone 7 compound that demonstates good effectiveness against c-Met with few off target effects at set concentrations. AMG-51 shows the enzyme selectivity of c-Met with a Ki of 4.9nM, with off target proteins such as IGFR with a Ki of 22nM, Ron with a Ki of 28nM, and KDR with Ki of 139nM.
