Anti-STX12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))
Supplier: Bioss
Syntaxin 13 is an integral membrane protein that belongs to the t-SNARE family, a group of proteins involved in protein transport. Confocal immunofluoresence and electron microscopy studies have shown that syntaxin 13 is primarily localized to tubular early and recycling endosomes, where it colocalizes with transferrin receptor, and it is also localized in endosomal vacuoles. Syntaxin 13 has been found to be expressed in all tissues, with higher levels of the protein found in brain, lung, spleen, thymus and testes. Immunoprecipitation studies show that syntaxin 13 complexes with beta-SNAP, VAMP2/3, and SNAP25. The binding of this complex to alpha-SNAP and NSF is terminated in the presence of ATP. These results suggest that syntaxin 13 is a SNARE protein which mediates the recycling protein flow through tubulo vesicular recycling endosomes.

Human Recombinant CD19 (from Cells)
Supplier: Prosci
CD19 is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. CD19 is expressed on follicular dendritic cells and B cells. In fact, it is present on B cells from earliest recognizable B-lineage cells during development to B-cell blasts but is lost on maturation to plasma cells. CD19 primarily acts as a B cell co-receptor in conjunction with CD21 and CD81. Upon activation, the cytoplasmic tail of CD19 becomes phosphorylated, which leads to binding by Src-family kinases and recruitment of PI-3 kinase. CD19 Assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Defects in CD19 are the cause of immunodeficiency common variable type 3 (CVID3) which is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by antibody deficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia, recurrent bacterial infections and an inability to mount an antibody response to antigen.

Anti-TNFSF12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
TNF-related weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily (TNFSF) of structurally related cytokines. Like most other members of this family, TWEAK is a cell surface-associated type II transmembrane protein although a smaller, biologically active form can also be generated by cleavage near the cell membrane. TWEAK has multiple biological activities, including stimulation of cell growth and angiogenesis, induction of inflammatory cytokines, in addition to stimulation of apoptosis. The TWEAK signal transduction pathway has not been well established but it appears to signal via TweakR/Fn14 in a manner similar to that described for other TNFSF members that bind receptors lacking death domains.

Human Recombinant IL-13 (from E. coli)
Supplier: Fujifilm Irvine Scientific
Interleukin 13 (IL-13) is a cytokine secreted from type 2 T helper (Th2) cells. IL-13 has overlapping functions with interleukin 4 (IL-4), including the induction of immunoglobulin E (IgE) secretion from B cells, and the inhibition of interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), interleukin 8 (IL-8), and interleukin 6 (IL-6) inflammatory cytokine expression. IL-13 also regulates immune cell inflammation in response to the pathophysiological changes of surrounding non-immune cells. The IL-13 receptor consists of the IL-4Ra and IL-13Ra1 subunits. IL-13 can also bind the IL-13Ra2 receptor with high affinity. IL-13 functions are mediated through the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. Human and mouse IL-13 are cross-reactive.

Anti-SLC39A12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
ZIP12 Antibody: The zinc transporter ZIP12, also known as SLC39A12, is a member of a family of divalent ion transporters. Zinc is an essential ion for cells and plays significant roles in the growth, development, and differentiation. The zinc transporter family is divided into four subfamilies (I, II, LIV-1 and gufA). ZIP12 is a multipass membrane protein that belongs to the ZIP transporter subfamily LIV-1. Increased levels of ZIP12 have been observed during acute inflammation in the airway and asthma, suggesting that it may be promote increased zinc uptake, as this can reduce inflammation. The zinc content in brains in individuals with schizophrenia is lower than in individuals with other cerebral diseases, and mutations in ZIP12 have been observed in a small group of schizophrenic patients, suggesting that ZIP12 may play a role in this disease.

Human Recombinant IGF-BP1 (from E. coli)
Supplier: Peprotech
IGF-BPs controls the distribution, function and activity of IGFs in various cell tissues and body fluids. Currently, there are seven named IGF-BPs that form high-affinity complexes with both IGF-I and IGF-II. IGF-BP1 is a 25.4 kDa, cysteine-rich, secreted protein expressed in the liver, deciduas, kidneys, and in amniotic fluid, where it is the most abundant IGF-BP. Levels of IGF-BP1 in serum are lowest after food consumption. IGF-BP1 binds to both IGF-I and IGF-II with equal affinity. Phosphorylated IGF-BP1 hinders IGF actions, whereas nonphosphorylated IGF-BP1 is stimulatory. Recombinant Human IGF-BP1 is a 25.4 kDa protein consisting of 235 amino acid residues (Isoform A).

Anti-SOX12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Members of the SOX family of transcription factors are characterized by the presence of a DNA-binding high mobility group (HMG) domain, homologous to the HMG box of sex-determining region Y (SRY). Forming a subgroup of the HMG domain superfamily, SOX proteins have been implicated in cell fate decisions in a diverse range of developmental processes. SOX transcription factors have diverse tissue-specific expression patterns during early development and have been proposed to act as target-specific transcription factors and/or as chromatin structure regulatory elements. The SOX12 gene encodes a protein that was identified as a SOX family member based on conserved domains and its expression in various tissues suggests a role in both differentiation and maintenance of several cell types.
