Anti-IgG Goat Polyclonal Antibody (AP (Alkaline Phosphatase))
Supplier: Immunoreagents
ImmunoReagents’ Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) antibody conjugates are used in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western blotting techniques. AP is a 140 kDa enzyme that changes color in the presence of PNPP or BCIP/NBT substrates. These conjugates have a linear reaction rate thus allowing the researcher to increase sensitivity by prolonging substrate incubation times.

Anti-DKK3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
Antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease (By similarity).

Anti-DENND1B Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Clathrin (see MIM 118955)-mediated endocytosis is a major mechanism for internalization of proteins and lipids. Members of the connecdenn family, such as DENND1B, function as guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for the early endosomal small GTPase RAB35 (MIM 604199) and bind to clathrin and clathrin adaptor protein-2 (AP2; see MIM 601024). Thus, connecdenns link RAB35 activation with the clathrin machinery (Marat and McPherson, 2010 [PubMed 20154091]).

Mca-(Ala⁷,Lys(Dnp)⁹)-Bradykinin Trifluoroacetate
Supplier: Bachem Americas
Substrate V, Mca-RPPGFSAFK(Dnp), is a very sensitive internally quenched fluorescent substrate for endothelin-converting enzyme-1 (ECE-1) a membrane-bound zinc metallopeptidase that is related to neprilysin in amino acid sequence. The kcat/Km value for the hydrolysis by ECE-1 was 1.9 x 10⁷ M⁻¹s⁻¹ and 1.7 x 10⁶ M⁻¹s⁻¹ for the hydrolysis by neprilysin. This FRET substrate was hydrolyzed rapidly by stromelysin 1 (MMP-3) with kcat/Km= 218000 M⁻¹s⁻¹ and very slowly by gelatinase B (MMP-9) (kcat/Km= 10100 M⁻¹s⁻¹). There was no hydrolysis by MMP-1 and MMP-2. Mca-RPPGFSAFK(Dnp) has also found use as substrate for insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE) and ACE2.

Anti-WWC1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
The WW and C2 domain containing 1 (WWC1) protein, also known as KIBRA, possesses two WW domains and an internal C2-like domain (1). WWC1 was originally identified as a memory performance-associated protein in humans (2) and has recently been shown to be a novel regulator of the Hippo pathway (3). WWC1 is phosphorylated by the mitotic kinases Aurora-A and –B (4), and in turn activates the Aurora kinases and is required for precise chromosome alignment during mitosis (5).

Anti-kir 6.1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 750)
Supplier: Bioss
This potassium channel is controlled by G proteins. Inward rectifier potassium channels are characterized by a greater tendency to allow potassium to flow into the cell rather than out of it. Their voltage dependence is regulated by the concentration of extracellular potassium; as external potassium is raised, the voltage range of the channel opening shifts to more positive voltages. The inward rectification is mainly due to the blockage of outward current by internal magnesium. Can be blocked by external barium (By similarity).

Anti-TROP2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5.5®)
Supplier: Bioss
Binds to actin filaments in muscle and non-muscle cells. Plays a central role, in association with the troponin complex, in the calcium dependent regulation of vertebrate striated muscle contraction. Smooth muscle contraction is regulated by interaction with caldesmon. In non-muscle cells is implicated in stabilizing cytoskeleton actin filaments. The non-muscle isoform may have a role in agonist-mediated receptor internalization (By similarity).

Abz-Arg-Val-Lys-Arg-Gly-Leu-Ala-m-nitro-Tyr-Asp-OH Trifluoroacetate
Supplier: Bachem Americas
This internally quenched fluorogenic peptide substrate contains anthranilic acid as fluorescent donor and m-nitro-tyrosine as acceptor (quencher). The sequence Abz-RVKRGLAY(NO₂)E is based on the sequence of hemagglutinin. The FRET substrate is efficiently cleaved by furin, a subtilisin-like eukaryotic serine endoprotease with Km = 3.8 µM and kcat = 29.3 s⁻¹ (kcat/Km = 7'710'000 M⁻¹s⁻¹). Its kcat/Km value is over 2000-fold higher than that of the commonly used substrate Boc-Arg-Val-Arg-Arg-AMC (I-1645). FRET Substrate for the basic residue-specific yeast aspartyl protease yapsin 1.

Anti-REPS2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
The product of this gene is part of a protein complex that regulates the endocytosis of growth factor receptors. The encoded protein directly interacts with a GTPase activating protein that functions downstream of the small G protein Ral. Its expression can negatively affect receptor internalization and inhibit growth factor signaling. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
