Anti-MUC6 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: CLH5]
Supplier: Prosci
The MUC6 gastric mucin is a secreted glycoprotein that plays an essential role in epithelial cyto-protection from acid, proteases, pathogenic microorganisms, and mechanical trauma in the gastrointestinal tract. Mucin 6 expression is highest in the stomach and gall bladder, with lower expression in the terminal ileum and right colon. In gastric cancer, Mucin 6 has an altered expression. In normal stomach, Mucin 6 is associated with Lewis type 2; Mucin 6 is also expressed in gastric metaplasia, duodenum and pancreas. Mucin 6 is a secretory mucin, located in the deeper mucosal folds of human gall bladder, and its expression is altered with increasing degrees of inflammation.

Anti-6xHis Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 1B7G5]
Supplier: Proteintech
Protein tags are protein or peptide sequences located either on the C- or N- terminal of the target protein, which facilitates one or several of the following characteristics: solubility, detection, purification, localization and expression. His tag is often used for affinity purification and binding assays. Expressed His-tagged proteins can be purified and detected easily because the string of histidine residues binds to several types of immobilized metal ions, including nickel, cobalt and copper, under specific buffer conditions. The His tag antibody is a useful tool for monitoring of the His-tagged proteins, and recognizes His-tags placed at N-terminal, C-terminal, and internal regions of fusion proteins expressed in bacteria, insect, and mammalian cells.

Human Recombinant IL-1alpha (from E. coli)
Supplier: Adipogen
The most prominent members of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) superfamily are IL-1alpha and IL-1beta. They lack a signal peptide and are secreted by an unconventional, endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi-independent mechanism. IL-1alpha was reported to be more widely and constitutively expressed and has intracellular functions, but also acts locally in a membrane-bound form by activating IL-1R1. Additionally, passive release of IL-1alpha upon cell death can trigger a sterile inflammatory response to dying cells. The cleavage of IL-1alpha is not mediated by caspase-1 and is not required for binding to IL-1R1. Recently it has been observed that all activators of the inflammasome NLRP3/NALP3 induce the simultaneous secretion of IL-1alpha and IL-1beta. Although most activators fully rely on the inflammasome for IL-1alpha secretion, some induce the processing and secretion of IL-1alpha in an inflammasome-independent manner.

Recombinant Integrin alpha 4 (from E. coli)
Supplier: Prosci
The integrin alpha 4 (also known as CD49d and ITGA4) belongs to the integrin alpha chain family of proteins. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha and beta chains (reviewed in 1). Alpha 4 (α4) chain associates with either beta 1 (β1) or beta 7 (β7) chain. It has been demonstrated that the putative ligand-binding sites of both integrin α4β1 and α4β7 is located on the α4 chain. These ligands included Madcam, VCAM, and fibronectin (2-4). Madcam is known as the principal ligand for integrin a4b7. Recently it was also demonstrated that HIV-1 envelope can mimic Madcam by binding to and signaling though integrin α4β7, the gut mucosal homing receptor for peripheral T cells (5). This recombinant protein fragment includes the ligand and monoclonal antibody binding domains; this binding has been tested and verified in ELISA assays. This recombinant protein is recognized PSI antibodies Integrin 4α (IN1) (PSI 4827) and Integrin 4α (IN2) (PSI 4837), but not Integrin 4α (CT) (PSI 4783).

Anti-TSHR Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: TSHRB/1405]
Supplier: Prosci
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH, also known as thyrotropin) is a glycoprotein involved in the control of thyroid structure and metabolism, which stimulates the release of the thyroid hormones. TSH is regulated by thyroid hormone (T3) and various retinoid compounds. TSH binds to the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR), which is cleaved into two subunits, A and B, and plays a major role in regulating thyroid function. The third cytoplasmic loop of TSHR has been identified as critical for its role in regulating inositol phosphate and cAMP formation. In Graves disease, an autoimmune disorder, TSHR is activated by autoantibodies, which may be stimulated by the cleavage of the A and B subunits.

Anti-PTPRC Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: PTPRC/1461]
Supplier: Prosci
CD45R, also designated CD45 and PTPRC, has been identified as a transmembrane glycoprotein, broadly expressed among hematopoietic cells. Multiple isoforms of CD45R are distributed throughout the immune system according to cell type. These isoforms arise because of alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6. The corresponding protein domains are characterized by the binding of monoclonal antibodies specific for CD45RA (exon 4), CD45RB (exon 5), CD45RC (exon 6) and CD45RO (exons 4 to 6 spliced out). The variation in these isoforms is localized to the extracellular domain of CD45R, while the intracellular domain is conserved. CD45R functions as a phosphor-tyrosine phosphatase. Antibody to CD45 is useful in differential diagnosis of lymphoid tumors from non-hematopoietic undifferentiated neoplasms.

Human Recombinant EPO (from CHO cells)
Supplier: Peprotech
Erythropoietin (EPO) is a glycoprotein hormone that is principally known for its role in erythropoiesis, where it is responsible for stimulating proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells. The differentiation of CFU-E (Colony Forming Unit-Erythroid) cells into erythrocytes can only be accomplished in the presence of EPO. Physiological levels of EPO in adult mammals are maintained primarily by the kidneys, whereas levels in fetal or neonatal mammals are maintained by the liver. EPO also can exert various non-hematopoietic activities, including vascularization and proliferation of smooth muscle, neural protection during hypoxia, and stimulation of certain B cells. PeproTech’s Human EPO contains 166 amino acid residues and has a calculated molecular weight of approximately 18.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, Recombinant Human EPO migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 37.0 kDa by SDS-PAGE gel, under reducing and non-reducing conditions.

Anti-Gja1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Gap junctional intercellular communication is thought to play a key role in development and may also be involved in epilepsy (Aronica et al., 2001). Connexin 43 forms gap-junctional channels and regulates the permeability of these gap junctions to small organic molecules. Permeability of connexin 43 is known to be regulated by phosphorylation at Ser368 by protein kinase C (Yogo et al., 2002; Bao et al., 2004a). Phosphorylation of Ser368 by PKC induces a conformational change of connexin 43 that results in a decrease in gap junction permeability (Bao et al., 2004b).

Anti-TP53 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: CTA53-1]
Supplier: Prosci
This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein containing transcriptional activation, DNA binding, and oligomerization domains. The encoded protein responds to diverse cellular stresses to regulate expression of target genes, thereby inducing cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, senescence, DNA repair, or changes in metabolism. Mutations in this gene are associated with a variety of human cancers, including hereditary cancers such as Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Alternative splicing of this gene and the use of alternate promoters result in multiple transcript variants and isoforms. Additional isoforms have also been shown to result from the use of alternate translation initiation codons. [RefSeq]

Anti-MNDA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
The myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen (MNDA) is detected only in nuclei of cells of the granulocyte-monocyte lineage. A 200-amino acid region of human MNDA is strikingly similar to a region in the proteins encoded by a family of interferon-inducible mouse genes, designated Ifi-201, Ifi-202, and Ifi-203, that are not regulated in a cell- or tissue-specific fashion. The 1.8-kb MNDA mRNA, which contains an interferon-stimulated response element in the 5-prime untranslated region, was significantly upregulated in human monocytes exposed to interferon alpha. MNDA is located within 2,200 kb of FCER1A, APCS, CRP, and SPTA1. In its pattern of expression and/or regulation, MNDA resembles IFI16, suggesting that these genes participate in blood cell-specific responses to interferons.
