Anti-FTO Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: FT62-6]
Supplier: Adipogen
FTO (Fat mass-and obesity-associated gene) is the responsible gene for mouse 'fused toes' mutation. An association between FTO genotype and type 2 diabetes has been confirmed. The presence of the FTO rs9939609 A-allele was found to be positively correlated with other symptoms of the metabolic syndrome, including higher fasting insulin, glucose, triglycerides, and lower HDL-cholesterol.

Anti-AIM2 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 3B10]
Supplier: Adipogen
AIM2 is a strong candidate as a tumor suppressor as it is a member of the HIN-200 (hemopoietic interferon-inducible, nuclear proteins containing a 200 amino acid repeat) family of proteins that have been shown to regulate cell growth and survival. The HIN-200 family of proteins consists of four members in human, IFI 16, MNDA, AIM2 and IFIXl. Recently it has been reported that AIM2 is a receptor for cytosolic dsDNA, which forms a novel inflammasome complex with ASC to activate caspase-1-mediated processing of IL-1beta.

Anti-PDPN Monoclonal Antibody [clone: RTD4E10]
Supplier: Adipogen
Podoplanin is expressed on glomerular epithelial cells (podocytes), type I lung alveolar cells, lymphatic endothelial cells and numerous tumors, including colorectal tumors, squamous cell carcinomas, testicular seminoma and brain tumors. Podoplanin is the ligand for C-type lectin-like receptor 2 (CLEC-2). Their association is dependent on sialic acid on O-glycans of podoplanin. Through its association with CLEC-2, podoplanin induces platelet aggregation and tumor metastasis. Podoplanin is also necessary for lymphatic vessel formation, normal lung cell proliferation and alveolus formation at birth.

Human CD278 (from CHO cells)
Supplier: Adipogen
The inducible costimulator CD278 (ICOS; T cell activation molecule H4) is similar to human CD28 (24% homology) and plays an analogous role in the T cell activation process. Each secondary signal from CD278 results in a discrete cytokine secretion profile displayed by the activated T cell. Both activation processes are effectively down regulated by CD152 (CTLA-4) engagement.

Anti-CD104 Monoclonal Antibody (R-PE) [clone: UMA9]
Supplier: Adipogen
Human CD104 (beta 4 integrin) associates with the alpha 6 integrin chain and binds to laminin and epiligrin and likely has cell-cell adhesion functions. CD104 is involved in signal transduction.

Anti-CD54 Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 15.2]
Supplier: Adipogen
Human CD54 (ICAM-1) mediates cell adhesion by binding to the integrins CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1) and to CD11b/CD18 (Mac-1). CD54 expression on resting peripheral blood leukocytes is weak but is upregulated on activated T and B lymphocytes and on monocytes.

Human Recombinant DR6 (from HEK293 Cells)
Supplier: Adipogen
DR6 is an orphan TNF receptor superfamily member belonging to a subgroup of receptors called death receptors. Expressed ubiquitously with high expression in lymphoid organs, heart, brain, and pancreas. Broadly expressed by developing neurons where it functions as pro-apoptotic factor. Recently, it has been reported that interaction with the beta-amyloid precursor protein (APP) activates a widespread caspase-dependent self-destruction program dependent on caspase-6.

N-Hexadecanoyl-DL-homoserine lactone ≥97% (by GC)
Supplier: Adipogen
N-Hexadecanoyl-DL-homoserine lactone (C16-HSL) is a small diffusible signaling molecule and is a member of N-acyl-homoserine lactone family. N-acylhomoserine lactones (AHL) are involved in quorum sensing, controlling gene expression, and cellular metabolism. C16-HSL is a lipophilic, long acyl side-chain bearing AHL, produced by the LuxI AHL synthase homolog SinI involved in quorum-sensing signaling in S. meliloti, a nitrogen-fixing bacterial symbiont of certain legumes. C16-HSL is the most abundant AHL produced by the proteobacterium R. capsulatus and activates genetic exchange between R. capsulatus cells. It tends to localize in relatively lipophilic cellular environments of bacteria and cannot diffuse freely through the cell membrane. The long-chain N-acylhomoserine lactones may be exported from cells by efflux pumps or may be transported between communicating cells by extracellular outer membrane vesicles.

Anti-BAFF Rat Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 1-35-1]
Supplier: Adipogen
BAFF is a master regulator of peripheral B cell survival, and together with IL-6, promotes Ig class-switching and plasma cell differentiation. BAFF co-stimulates activated T cells. Increased levels of soluble BAFF have been detected in the serum of patients with various autoimmune diseases, such as Sjögren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Furthermore, BAFF is found in inflammatory sites in which there is lymphoid neogenesis. BAFF levels are elevated in patients with multiple myeloma and B cell chronic lymphoid leukemia (B-CCL).
