DSP (Dithiobis(succinimidyl propionate)), No-Weigh™ Format, Pierce™
Supplier: Invitrogen
Thermo Scientific Pierce DSP (Lomant's Reagent) is a water-insoluble, homo-bifunctional N-hydroxysuccimide ester (NHS ester) crosslinker that is thiol-cleavable, primary amine-reactive, and useful for many applications. DSP contains an amine-reactive NHS ester at each end of an 8-carbon spacer arm. NHS esters react with primary amines at pH 7–9 to form stable amide bonds and releasing N-hydroxy-succinimide. Proteins, including antibodies, generally have several primary amines in the side chain of lysine (K) residues and the N-terminus of each polypeptide that are available as targets for NHS ester crosslinking reagents. DSP is non-sulfonated and insoluble in water, so it must first be dissolved in an organic solvent and then added to the aqueous reaction mixture. Because DSP does not possess a charged group, it is lipophilic and membrane-permeable and so useful for intracellular and intramembrane conjugation. A sulfonated analog of DSP (DTTSP) is water soluble. DSS, the non-cleavable analog of the DSP crosslinker is also available for applications that require a stable spacer arm that cannot be cleaved in the presence of reducing agents.

Anti-Kv2.1 Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Boster Biological Technology
Polyclonal antibody for KV2.1/KCNB1 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: IHC-P. Reactive species: Human. KV2.1/KCNB1 information: Molecular Weight: 95878 MW; Subcellular Localization: Cell membrane . Perikaryon . Cell projection, axon . Cell projection, dendrite . Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Cell junction, synapse, postsynaptic cell membrane . Cell junction, synapse . Cell junction, synapse, synaptosome . Lateral cell membrane . Cell membrane, sarcolemma . Localizes to high-density somatodendritic clusters and non-clustered sites on the surface of neocortical and hippocampal pyramidal neurons in a cortical actin cytoskeleton-dependent manner (PubMed:24477962). Localizes also to high-density clusters in the axon initial segment (AIS), at ankyrin-G-deficient sites, on the surface of neocortical and hippocampal pyramidal neurons (PubMed:24477962). KCNB1-containing AIS clusters localize either in close apposition to smooth endoplasmic reticulum cisternal organelles or with GABA-A receptor-containing synapses of hippocampal and cortical pyramidal neurons, respectively (PubMed:24477962). Localizes to high-density clusters on the cell surface of atrial and ventricular myocytes and at the lateral plasma membrane in epithelial cells. Localizes both to the axial and transverse tubules (T tubule) and sarcolemma in ventricular myocytes. Associated with lipid raft domains. In cortical neurons, apoptotic injuries induce de novo plasma membrane insertion in a SNARE-dependent manner causing an apoptotic potassium current surge; Tissue Specificity: Expressed in neocortical pyramidal cells (PubMed:24477962). Expressed in pancreatic beta cells (at protein level) (PubMed:12403834, PubMed:14988243). Expressed in brain, heart, lung, liver, colon, kidney and adrenal gland (PubMed:19074135). Expressed in the cortex, amygdala, cerebellum, pons, thalamus, hypothalamus, hippocampus and substantia nigra (PubMed:19074135).

Anti-ITGB1/Integrin Beta 1 Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Boster Biological Technology
Polyclonal antibody for Integrin beta 1/ITGB1 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: IHC-P. Reactive species: Human. Integrin beta 1/ITGB1 information: Molecular Weight: 88415 MW; Subcellular Localization: Cell membrane ; Single-pass type I membrane protein . Cell projection, invadopodium membrane ; Single-pass type I membrane protein . Cell projection, ruffle membrane ; Single- pass type I membrane protein . Recycling endosome. Melanosome. Cleavage furrow. Cell projection, lamellipodium. Cell projection, ruffle. Isoform 2 does not localize to focal adhesions. Highly enriched in stage I melanosomes. Located on plasma membrane of neuroblastoma NMB7 cells. In a lung cancer cell line, in prometaphase and metaphase, localizes diffusely at the membrane and in a few intracellular vesicles. In early telophase, detected mainly on the matrix-facing side of the cells. By mid- telophase, concentrated to the ingressing cleavage furrow, mainly to the basal side of the furrow. In late telophase, concentrated to the extending protrusions formed at the opposite ends of the spreading daughter cells, in vesicles at the base of the lamellipodia formed by the separating daughter cells. Colocalizes with ITGB1BP1 and metastatic suppressor protein NME2 at the edge or peripheral ruffles and lamellipodia during the early stages of cell spreading on fibronectin or collagen. Translocates from peripheral focal adhesions sites to fibrillar adhesions in a ITGB1BP1-dependent manner. Enriched preferentially at invadopodia, cell membrane protrusions that correspond to sites of cell invasion, in a collagen-dependent manner. Localized at plasma and ruffle membranes in a collagen-independent manner; Tissue Specificity: Isoform 1 is widely expressed, other isoforms are generally coexpressed with a more restricted distribution. Isoform 2 is expressed in skin, liver, skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, placenta, umbilical vein endothelial cells, neuroblastoma cells, lymphoma cells, hepatoma cells and astrocytoma cells. Isoform 3 and isoform 4 are expressed in muscle, kidney, liver, placenta, cervical epithelium, umbilical vein endothelial cells, fibroblast cells, embryonal kidney cells, platelets and several blood cell lines. Isoform 4, rather than isoform 3, is selectively expressed in peripheral T-cells. Isoform 3 is expressed in non- proliferating and differentiated prostate gland epithelial cells and in platelets, on the surface of erythroleukemia cells and in various hematopoietic cell lines. Isoform 5 is expressed specifically in striated muscle (skeletal and cardiac muscle).
