- Ordering information: The iMark™ Microplate Absorbance Reader includes 415, 450, 490, 595, 655, and 750 nm filters, 8-filter capacity filter wheel, built-in plate shaker, onboard software and thermal printer, one roll printer paper, USB, and power cables. Microplate Manager® 6 Software is included with 1681135. A large selection of additional absorbance filters, mostly at 5 nm intervals from 400 to 700 nm, are available (see Accessories tab). The Model 1575 Immunowash™ Microplate Washer includes microplate washer, bottle, tubing, 8-port manifold, and aerosol protection cover.
The instrument can be used as a stand-alone reader using the 64 built-in assay protocols, data storage, analysis, and reports. The Microplate Manager® Software (PC or Mac) can be used to control the reader and format readings, plus more extensive data analysis.
