Sample Loops for Rheodyne Sample Injectors, Microsolv Tech

These HPLC injector sample loops are available with 1/16" O.D. Ultra-T™ PEEK tubing or with welded and annealed 316 stainless steel tubing. These options provide unsurpassed injection reproducibility and accuracy.

• A label with the loop volume is attached
• Use these loops with Rheodyne ® or Cheminert® brand HPLC injector valves

PEEK versions are supplied with (2) high pressure, PEEK, three-piece, small hex head nuts with 1/32" threads and (2) special, single cone ferrules per nut to avoid twisting and turning of the sample loop. At the same time, the ferrules grip the tubing in two different places which increases the pressure stability of the connection. These fit the injectors and provide zero dead volume connections.

Stainless steel versions are supplied with (2) two-piece, small hex head, SS, high pressure tubing connectors with ferrules for fitting on the injectors. Tubing end cuts are made using EDC (electronic discharge) techniques to achieve square and burr-free ends for zero dead volume connections.
