AquaBlot™ 10× High efficiency transfer buffer is a high-performance liquid buffer used for protein transfer in blotting applications. This is a 10× transfer buffer superior in transfer efficiency to the Towbin buffer (Tris-glycine-methanol).Dilute 10 times with deionized water before use. No methanol needs to be added. Methanol is necessary for wetting a PVDF membrane.
