SCALEVIEW-A2 is reagent used for tissue clearing by ScaleA2 method.

SCALEVIEW-A2 is reagent used for tissue clearing by ScaleA2 method. And the reagent used for antibody staining (AbScale method) and fluorescent staining (ChemScale method) of transparent tissue combining with SCALEVIEW-S series. Their methods were developed by Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki etc.
Fixed mouse and rat brain is made transparent only soaking into the reagent. Also, the reagent used for immersion liquid and to enable microscopic observation. 2 mm section can be made transparent in 2 weeks using the reagents.
