For use with Brady® i7500 label printer.

Replacement 300 dpi printhead - Ideal for sharp, everyday printing and larger barcodes. Easy to remove and install in seconds with quick-release lever and two snap-connectors. Can be interchanged with 600 dpi printhead with no need to update firmware or recalibrate the printer. It is highly recommended to wear approved gloves and ESD grounding devices when handling printheads. To optimize printhead life: clean regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid unnecessary high printhead heat settings.

Heavy duty guillotine cutter - For full cut through of printed materials. Cut-through location can be set to cut after print job, after every label row, after label set or to not cut at all. Installs easily with four screws using included T-20 wrench that ships with all i7500 printer models. Includes metal cutter tray (#177732). Cut results vary depending on material and length of cut label; user should test on intended material and application. Note: This accessory ships already installed on the i7500 Auto Cutter model. Auto cutter accessories are not compatible with i7500 Peel models.

Replacement plate for standard configuration printer (ships with this plate installed). Optional plate accessory for Auto Cutter configuration printer. Serrated edge allows for easy tear-off of labels on thin liners. If printing thick liner materials, pre-cut sleeve and cable tag materials, or thick continuous materials, it is recommended to use the optional auto cutter accessory for best results. This tear plate is not the same as, nor is it interchangeable with the Peel configuration tear plate (#177730). Easily removed and installed using the included T-20 wrench that ships with all i7500 printer models.

Replacement tray (auto cutter configuration printer and the auto cutter accessories ship with this tray as standard). Removable metal tray that collects cut labels. Tray has tabs that easily clip to auto cutter configuration printer and auto cutter accessory.

T-20 Wrench - Used to change rollers and install accessories. Mounts on the base housing of the printer for storage and easy access. Ships standard with all i7500 printer models. Rubber roller material recommended for high print accuracy on small and large labels. Using a roller of similar width as the media reduces wrinkling and extends printhead life. Use with media width up to mm wide - use narrowest roller that covers the media width, and use narrowest ribbon that covers both media and roller. Rollers are easily changed-out using the included T-20 wrench that ships with all i7500 printer models. Clean rollers often with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6) and replace worn or rough rollers to prevent damage to the printhead and optimize print quality.
