Trypsin EDTA 10X Solution is a combined reagent used to release adherent cells from the culture vessel surface into suspension. This formulation contains 5 g/L trypsin (1:250) and 2 g/L EDTA tetrasodium salt in Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution.
