About this item
Studies have shown tyrosinase to be a very specific marker for melanomas, not cross reacting with any other tumors or normal tissues tested
For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. High temperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections using 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 must be performed prior to the immunostaining. For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:50-1:100. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
