G-Biosciences' Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin purifies IgG in less than 15 minutes, which is more rapid than the commonly used Protein A and Protein G resins. The performance of the Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin is comparable or better than the Protein A and Protein G resins, with a high recovery of over 90% and purity greater than 80%.

G-Biosciences' Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin is also available as a complete kit, and as a spin format kit. The Pearl™ IgG Purification (Spin Format) kit is ideal for the rapid, small scale purification of IgG. The kit is supplied with 3 mL Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin, IgG Isolation Buffer and 20 spin columns. It is suitable for purifying up to 25 mg IgG. The kit is supplied with 25 mL Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin and IgG Isolation Buffer and is suitable for the isolation of IgG from ~100 mL serum (~200 mg IgG).

Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin binds the high abundant, non-IgG proteins (i.e albumin) and allows the IgG molecules to pass through in a physiological buffer. The purified IgG molecules can be stored or used in further downstream applications without further clean-up, such as ammonium sulfate precipitation.
