The dishes have raised well rims which lowers the risk of cross-contamination. They also have flat bottom wells that allow for easy viewing of cultures. Lids with notched corners for a good fit are included. The lids help with single position orientation and cross contamination prevention. The multi dishes are made of sterile polystyrene.
