The MULTI-CORE™ Buffer is formulated to provide simple buffering conditions for performing multiple digestions.

MULTI-CORE™ Buffer (1X) = 25mM Tris-acetate (pH 7.5 at 37°C), 100mM potassium acetate, 10mM magnesium acetate, 1mM DTT.

Many Promega restriction enzymes have between 50% and 100% activity in reactions using this buffer.
