The nanoVette fiber-optic measurement cell fits into the cuvette holders of Beckman Coulter® spectrophotometers for sub-microliter analysis in DNA and protein applications.

It measures nucleic acid—dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and Oligo—or protein concentrations in the sub-microliter range by reducing the optical path length to 1.0 or 0.2 mm via interchangeable lids.
No dilution is required, so preparation is minimal, and samples can be reused downstream. The cell can be removed and reinserted with ease depending upon sample size, allowing for maximum flexibility with spectrophotometer function.
