PYREX® Tissue Grinders, PTFE pestle, Corning

Homogenizers designed for soft tissue found in liver or brain. They perform initial grinding and final homogenation in same sequence. Glass pestle has fluoropolymer resin contact surface threaded onto a stainless steel shaft. Mortar is not ground. All tissue grinders have a pourout top.

Caution: Caution: If used with motor-driven device, attachment must contain some form of friction release clutch to prevent connective tissue or muscle from damaging apparatus. User should wear protective gloves of sufficient thickness in case glass components fail.
