For coating tissue cultureware to promote cell adherence.

  • Promote cell adherence on cultureware and coverslips
  • Improve neural cell yield during in vitro differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells

Support cell adherence on coverslips by using Fibronectin as a coating agent. In combination with DMEM/F-12 with 15 mM HEPES (MSPP-36254) and ITS Supplement-A (MSPP-07151) or ITS Supplement-B (MSPP-07155), this crucial glycoprotein can also be used to improve the yield of neural cells during the final stages of mouse embryonic stem (mES) cell in vitro differentiation into neural cell types.
