5X Stock solution of the buffer used for assaying phosphatase proteins.

• Frozen solution of buffer containing: 100 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 50 mM MgCl₂ and 0.1% Tween-20
• Buffer passed through a 0.2 µ filter membrane and packaged aseptically
• Store product at −20 °C

For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
