This portable, benchtop two-place unit is ideal for laboratories that require separate digestion stations
Note: Unit requires connection to a water aspirator pump for operation. A 3/8" NPT connecting thread can connect to a faucet to check valve. Unit should be placed in a fume hood.
It can also be used as an addition to an existing Kjeldahl apparatus. The two-place portable digestion unit draws fumes through the manifold with a water ejector system. These units may be placed in a well ventilated room away from normal laboratory operations or placed inside a floor-mounted chemical fume hood. The Two-Place Digestion Unit offers the same rugged construction as larger Kjeldahl models, plus it is compact and may be placed inside a fume hood.
