The Leptin ELISA is for the quantitative determination of leptin in human serum.

The Leptin ELISA follows a typical two-step sandwich type assay format. The Leptin ELISA makes use of two highly specific monoclonal antibodies: A monoclonal antibody specific for leptin is immobilized onto the microWells plate and another monoclonal antibody specific for a different epitope of leptin is conjugated to biotin. The Leptin ELISA includes all components (96 well Ab coated plate, conjugate Ab, substrate, detector, standards, quality controls and dilution and wash buffer) necessary to complete the Leptin ELISA.
