Frozen core: (Precooling in −20 ℃ half an hour) Put in minus 20 ℃ more than 6 hours, Put in minus 80 ℃ more than 3 hours.

Cold Core:
−20 ℃ Ultra cold storage freezer temperature: 4 hours+ freezing time
−80 ℃ Ultra cold storage freezer temperature: 2 hours+ freezing time

Freeze Core:
