Containers are filled with chemical preservative to maintain sample integrity until analysis can be performed.

• Containers are made of HDPE or glass
• Provided with polypropylene cap
• Cap may or may not have a liner
• Hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid are for oil

HDPE containers are for water samples. Bottle 89094-186 and packer 89094-188 are supplied with polyfoam-lined polypropylene cap, and NALGENE® jars are supplied with linerless polypropylene cap. Glass jars are supplied with polypropylene cap with 3.2 mm (0.125") fluoropolymer liner.

All containers are Quality-Assured® (QA) and follow EPA cleaning procedures listed in the OSWER Directive 9240.0-05A 'Specifications and Guidance for Contaminant-Free Sample Containers'. Containers include a Certificate of Analysis in every case. Containers also include bar codes with lot number and individual container number for complete traceability.

All cases are custody-sealed to ensure content integrity. Alternate preservative volumes may be substituted.
