General purpose column has a PTFE stopcock and a top outer joint, with the addition of a sealed-in coarse porosity fritted disc to support column packing.

• Column is constructed using medium wall tubing
• Lower end of the column has a round bottom

Can be used as a gravity eluted column or a flash column, when used with optional CG-1191 flow controller and CG-1190 reservoir.
