Mopec’s three-step knife sharpener is constructed of durable polypropylene.
- Includes three changeable ceramic rods and complete instructions
Sharpen virtually any dull knife with the ceramic rods standing vertically or laying horizontally on your bench top. The AH030 can be used for dull or worn edges, partial dull edges and quick touch ups.
Requires no oil or water. Rods can be rotated for sharp new surfaces providing longer stone life.
